Ingredients: 
  • 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken (from rotisserie chicken)
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Diced tomato
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressing
  • 4 pita wraps or flour tortillas
Directions: 
  1. Melt the butter and mix in with the wing sauce. Toss the shredded chicken with the sauce and set aside.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and sprinkle a little bit of the sharp cheddar on top. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla, keeping it in the middle away from the edges.
  3. Top with more cheddar cheese. Add tomatoes, lettuce or any other filling that you desire.
  4. Heat your Foreman grill or panini press. Roll up the tortillas and cook on the grill until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
  5. Serve with Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing on the side.
