Coney Island Hard Root Beer Float Popsicles

Coney Island Hard Root Beer

18 popsicles

Ingredients: 
  • (3) bottles of Coney Island Hard Root Beer
 
Cream Base:
  • 1 c. Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 c. Whole Milk
  • 1/3 c. plus 1 T. granulated sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
Directions: 
Option 1:
  • Open and pour Coney Island Hard Root Beer into a large pitcher. Let sit until the foam subsides. In the meantime, make the cream base. 
  • Add Coney Island Root Beer to popsicle molds, freeze 1 hour
  • After the outer later of the popsicle forms, pour out center of unfrozen beer, then pour cream base into the center. Add popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
Option 2:
  • Combine ingredients and stir until sugar is completely dissolved, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Combine cream base and Coney Island Hard Root Beer.
  • Freeze in popsicle molds for 1 hour.
  • Add popsicle sticks when they can stand up straight. Freeze overnight.
